AI connected to the tools you already use

Integrating AI with your tools means connecting an agent to the software your company already runs on, such as email, calendar, CRM or business management software. The agent reads and writes there with the narrowest permissions the tool allows. You keep your software and no data is migrated.

AI sits beside your tools, not inside them

  • Copy and paste between the assistant and the CRM

Your teams ask an assistant a question, then retype the answer by hand into the client record.

  • An AI that cannot see your records

Without access to your tools, an assistant knows nothing about a client's history, the status of an order or what is in a calendar.

  • The fear of having to replace everything

Some AI projects start by proposing new software. Your teams know their tools and have no wish to learn another one.

  • Access opened far too widely

Connecting an AI tool without thinking about permissions means opening everything to it, including what it has no need for.

Your tools stay, the agent plugs in

Integrating AI does not mean replacing what works. Your email, calendar, CRM and business software stay in place, along with their data and the way your teams use them. The agent connects to them, much like a new colleague who is given access.

That connection is what makes AI useful day to day. An agent that can see a client’s record and the team’s calendar can prepare a complete reply. An assistant working in isolation, without access to your tools, mostly answers in general terms.

The tools we connect

We start from what you already use. Connections can involve the following:

  • Email and calendar, with Google or Microsoft.
  • The CRM, for example Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Business management software, for example Odoo.
  • Shared files, where your documents and templates live.
  • Your own system, if your company had one built.

These names are examples. The starting point is your set-up, not a list of software.

Access kept as narrow as the tool allows

The agent reads and writes in your tools, but not everywhere. For each tool, we agree with you what it may look at, what it may change and what stays closed to it. An agent that drafts replies to clients, for instance, has no reason to access the accounting records.

We do not resell your data and we do not use it to train models. We sign a data processing agreement and tell you, before we start, where it is hosted and which services it passes through.

Why start with an audit

Not every tool connects in the same way, and some do not connect at all. The audit, from €800 excl. VAT, is there to find that out before anything is built. We list your software, the tasks that move between tools and the access each one requires. If a tool cannot be connected, you find out then, not halfway through the project.

How an integration works

  1. Audit of tools and tasks

We list the software your teams use and the tasks that move from one tool to the next. If a tool cannot be connected, we tell you at this stage, before any development starts.

  2. Defining access

Together we set what the agent may read, what it may write and what stays closed to it. Its permissions are the narrowest the tool allows.

  3. Connection and testing

The agent is connected to your tools, for example Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo or your company's own system, then tested on your real cases.

  4. Go-live and adjustments

We put the agent to work in a first team, train the users and fix whatever needs fixing.

Typical example

A typical scenario: from email to client record

The context

Take a firm whose sales staff receive enquiries by email, keep their appointments in a shared calendar and track their deals in a CRM. Every enquiry is retyped by hand from one tool to the next.

What we would put in place

An agent connected to all three would read the enquiry, find the client's record in the CRM, suggest a slot in the calendar and draft the reply. The salesperson would review and approve it before it is sent.

What you receive

  • An agent connected to your tools and tested on your real cases
  • A written list of the access granted to the agent, tool by tool
  • Training for your teams
  • Follow-up after go-live to adjust the connections

Frequently asked questions

Which tools can you connect an AI agent to?

We connect agents to the software you already use, for example Google or Microsoft email and calendar, a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, business software such as Odoo, your shared files or a system built for your company. Each tool is checked during the audit.

Do we need to change software or migrate our data?

No. The agent reads and writes in the tools you have; nothing is migrated to other software. If one of your tools cannot be connected, we tell you during the audit, before any development starts.

What can the agent access in our tools?

As close as possible to what it needs for the tasks you give it, with the narrowest permissions the tool allows. We agree with you, tool by tool, what it may read and what it may write, and you receive that list in writing.

What happens to our data?

We do not resell your data and we do not use it to train models. We sign a data processing agreement and tell you, before we start, where it is hosted and which services it passes through.

How much does an integration cost?

The price depends on the number of tools to connect and on what the agent has to do in them. It is quoted after the audit, which starts from €800 excl. VAT and is the starting point of every engagement.
