Data we receive

When you use the form on this website, we receive what you enter: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number and your message.

Apart from the form, the website may measure its traffic (pages viewed, clicks to the audit page, form submissions) with PostHog, from servers located in the European Union, without cookies and without storing any identifier on your device. We collect no other data about you through this website.

Why, and on what basis

This data is used only to reply to your request and prepare a possible conversation. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your data is not sold, not passed on to third parties for their own use, and not used to train artificial intelligence models.

Who has access

The people at Maya.gent responsible for replying to you, and technical providers acting on our behalf:

• Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), which delivers form messages;
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States), which hosts the website;
• PostHog, which measures website traffic, when this measurement is switched on.

As Formspree and Vercel are established outside the European Union, data transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Retention period

Your data is kept for a maximum of three years after our last exchange.

This website sets no cookies. The audience measurement described above works without cookies.

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to it. To exercise these rights, write to info@maya.gent.
