Maya.gent is an artificial intelligence agency based in Liège, Belgium. We design and deploy custom AI agents for SMEs: digital colleagues that listen, see, speak and take care of the admin.

What we believe

Your teams know your business better than anyone. An AI agent is only worth something if it learns from them: how they work, the rules they follow, the exceptions they handle.

That is why we start from the field, not from a product to sell. And it is why people decide: the agent prepares, suggests and carries out what it has been given, but anything that commits your company stays in your teams’ hands.

What sets us apart

Agents that perceive. Our agents do more than answer questions. They can listen to what you dictate after a meeting, analyse images of a building site or a document, and report back to you out loud.

Agents born in the field. Each agent is built for a specific line of work and tested on real cases before it goes live. We do not sell a generic AI.

A complete approach. We do not ship software and walk away. We audit, build and deploy, then support your teams during the agreed follow-up period, to help them adopt the agent.

How we work

It all starts with an audit, carried out on your premises. It measures time lost task by task and identifies what an agent can take over. You receive a roadmap and an estimated return-on-investment plan, whether or not you continue with us.

Then come the design of the agent, its connection to your existing tools, its rollout in a first team, and the follow-up.

Who we are

Maya.gent SRL was co-founded by Yahia Lhouaoui, CEO, and Matthieu Bellens, COO. Yahia also runs a solo consulting practice in business analysis, process automation and Odoo integration: Innov-IA, process automation consulting by Yahia Lhouaoui (in French).

In May 2026, Maya.gent was one of fourteen projects selected, out of about a hundred, to pitch to the StartUp.Wallonia jury (Wallonie Entreprendre). Source: Matthieu Bellens’s post on LinkedIn.

Nazra, our product for building inspection

Nazra is a Maya.gent product: Nazra, the AI that drafts building inspection reports (in French). The inspector films and describes the visit, Nazra prepares the report, then the inspector checks and signs it. Nazra is available today for EPB certificates (PEB) in Wallonia. Asbestos inventories, check-in and check-out reports and reports for inspection bodies are in preparation.

Our office is on rue Nysten in Liège. We travel across Wallonia and to Brussels, and we work in French and in English.
