Custom AI agents, connected to the tools you already use

A custom AI agent is a digital colleague built for your line of work. It connects to your existing tools, understands what you ask and carries out admin tasks for you. Your teams keep the decisions.

Your teams do the work twice

  • The same data, typed in everywhere

A meeting ends, and someone still has to update the CRM, write the meeting notes and schedule the follow-up.

  • Tools that do not talk to each other

Email, CRM, accounting and shared files each live on their own. Your teams connect them by hand.

  • Generic assistants that do not know your business

A consumer tool, used as it is, answers questions without knowing your clients, your procedures or your documents.

  • Growth that depends on hiring

Every new client adds admin work. Without automation, growing means recruiting people to type.

An agent built from how your business works

A custom AI agent is not a consumer assistant. It is built from the way your company operates: your clients, your procedures, your document templates and the tools your teams open every morning.

That is what lets it act inside your tools. After a meeting, a salesperson can simply tell the agent what was said. The agent updates the CRM, writes the meeting notes and schedules the follow-up.

What an agent can take off your hands

Every company has its own costly tasks. Here are some an agent can take on:

  • Entering and updating records in the CRM or management tool.
  • Reading incoming documents, such as invoices, contracts or forms, and extracting the relevant information.
  • Drafting meeting notes, letters and standard replies, for review before sending.
  • Tracking follow-ups and deadlines, so fewer things slip.
  • Finding information in your files, emails and internal databases.

People decide, the agent executes

For each task we agree on one of three levels of autonomy. The agent can act alone, suggest an action for approval, or simply prepare the work. For anything that commits your company, such as a message to a client or an accounting entry, human approval remains the default.

Why start with an audit

Automating the wrong task is expensive and disappoints teams. The audit is there to choose: it measures the time actually lost, task by task, and points to the ones where an agent can pay back the most. You decide with the facts in hand, before you buy.

How an engagement works

  1. On-site audit

We spend time with each team to find the tasks that cost the most. You receive a roadmap and an estimated return-on-investment plan.

  2. Agent design

Together we define what the agent does on its own, what it suggests and what it submits for approval. Nothing is automated unless you decided it should be.

  3. Connection to your tools

The agent is plugged into what you already use, for example Google, Microsoft, Odoo, Salesforce or HubSpot. You do not change software.

  4. Rollout and support

We put the agent to work in a first team, train the users and adjust it during the agreed follow-up period, to help it be adopted.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent acts inside your tools, for example by updating a record, writing meeting notes or scheduling a follow-up, according to rules you have set.

Do we need to change our software?

In principle, no. The agent plugs into your existing tools. If one of them cannot be connected, we tell you during the audit, before any development starts.

Will the agent replace employees?

That is not our aim. It takes over repetitive admin work; how you organise your teams remains your decision, and they keep the client relationship, the judgement and the decisions.

What happens to our data?

We do not resell your data and we do not use it to train models. We sign a data processing agreement and tell you, before we start, where it is hosted and which services it passes through.

How much does a custom agent cost?

The price depends on the number of tasks and tools to connect. It is quoted after the audit, together with an estimate of the return on investment. The audit itself starts from €800 excl. VAT.
