AI training for your teams, built on their own work

Maya.gent's AI training is delivered team by team and starts from your real cases, not from a general course. It aims to ensure each person knows what to hand over to AI, what to keep for themselves and how to check what it produces. Support continues after an agent goes live.

Your teams are using AI without a manual

  • Everyone works it out alone

Some colleagues open an assistant every day, others never do. Good habits stay with the people who found them.

  • General courses, far from the real work

A general talk about AI is interesting on the day. The next morning, nobody knows which task to start with.

  • Sensitive data pasted in with no rules

Without clear guidance, a client file or a confidential document can end up in a tool that should never have received it.

  • Tools installed, then left aside

An agent put to work without follow-up may simply go unused. Teams drift back to their old habits.

Training built on the work you actually do

Useful AI training does not open with a lecture on the technology. It opens with what your teams do every day. We build each session on your real cases: your documents, your tools and your tasks.

So each team works on its own examples. A sales team does not practise on the same cases as an admin team, because they have neither the same documents nor the same questions.

What your people learn

The aim comes down to four things: that by the end, each person knows:

  • What to hand over to AI, among the tasks they really do.
  • What to keep for themselves, because it calls for their judgement or their knowledge of the client.
  • How to check what the tool produces before relying on it.
  • Which data not to give it, such as client data or confidential documents.

These usage rules are agreed with you. They apply across the organisation, so nobody has to decide alone what is allowed.

After the training, support

Putting an agent to work is not enough for it to be used. The first weeks settle what happens next: that is when the questions come up and the habits form.

We stay close to the users. We listen to what works and what gets in the way, and we adjust the tool based on feedback from the field. Your teams stay in charge of their work, with a tool that suits them.

Why start with an audit

Training everyone on everything takes time and leaves little behind. The audit is there to choose: it shows how each team works and points to the teams and tasks where training pays back the most. You know who to train, and on what, before you begin.

How an engagement works

  1. On-site audit

We spend time with each team to see how it works. The audit points to the teams and tasks where training pays back the most.

  2. Preparation on your real cases

We build the exercises from your documents, your tools and your tasks. Each team gets training of its own.

  3. Training on your premises

We train your people at your offices, in Liège, Wallonia and Brussels, in French or in English. They practise on their own work.

  4. Adoption support

Once an agent is live, we stay close to the users and adjust the tool based on what they tell us.

The context

Take a sales team where everyone uses a consumer assistant in their own way. Some paste in whole proposals, others do not dare to use it, and nobody knows what is allowed.

What we would put in place

The training would start from the team's own proposals and meeting notes. The salespeople would practise preparing a meeting and drafting a follow-up, learn to review what the tool suggests, and agree on what they do not give it.

What you receive

  • Team-by-team training built on your documents, tools and tasks
  • Usage rules that set out what may and may not be given to an AI tool
  • Close follow-up after an agent goes live
  • Adjustments to the tool based on feedback from your teams

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a general AI course?

A general course explains what AI is. Our training starts from your documents, your tools and your tasks. Your people practise on the work they do every day.

Do people need technical knowledge to take part?

No. The training is meant for the people who do the work, not for IT specialists. It starts from each team's tasks and from where each person stands.

What can we give to an AI tool?

That is what the usage rules are for. Together we set out what may and may not be given to an AI tool, for example client data or confidential documents. On our side, we do not resell your data and we do not use it to train models. We sign a data processing agreement and tell you, before we start, where it is hosted and which services it passes through.

Where is the training given, and in which language?

On your premises, in Liège, Wallonia and Brussels. Training is given in French or in English.

How much does training cost?

The price depends on the number of teams to train and the cases to prepare. It is quoted after the audit, which starts from €800 excl. VAT.

We identify the tasks that cost you the most and estimate what an AI agent can give back. You leave with a roadmap, whether or not you go on to work with us.
