There are two possible outcomes. Either no tool fits your business, and the audit describes the application to build. Or an existing product, or an agent plugged into the tools you already have, is enough, and that is what we recommend. Either way, you know what you are buying before you buy it.

The context
Take a company that tracks its cases in spreadsheets and emails, because no software on the market matches its steps or its documents. Each case is typed in several times, and only the person handling it knows where it stands.
What we would put in place
We would build a web application that follows a case through the steps the company actually uses. AI would read incoming documents and prepare letters and reports, for review before sending. The application would be connected to the email and management tools already in place.

Frequently asked questions
Is bespoke software always the right answer?
No. If an existing product, or an agent plugged into the tools you already have, is enough, that is what we recommend after the audit. Custom development makes sense when nothing on the market fits your line of work.
Do we have to give up our current software?
No. The application connects to what you already use, for example Google, Microsoft, Odoo, Salesforce or HubSpot. It works alongside your tools and does not replace them.
What does it mean for AI to be designed in from the start?
AI is not an assistant added at the end. During design we decide with you at which steps it comes in, for example to read a document or prepare a letter, and where a person signs off.
Do we need to specify everything before we begin?
No. We deliver a first usable version, then improve it in stages based on your teams' feedback. You do not receive everything in one go at the end of a long project.
What happens to our data?
We do not resell your data and we do not use it to train models. We sign a data processing agreement and tell you, before we start, where it is hosted and which services it passes through.

The price depends on the scope of the application and the tools to connect. It is quoted after the audit, which starts from €800 excl. VAT and is the starting point of every engagement.
